Request for Proposals: Performance Audit

Empire Health Foundation (EHF), the CARE Fund’s Program Administrator, is soliciting proposals from firms interested in conducting a performance audit of the CARE Fund. The performance audit will include an evaluation of the CARE Fund’s strategic plan, grant programs, and the program administrator.
